Doesn't seem to blow up completely on the bottom

I have to admit that it is much better than I expected for an inflatable hot tub! The water took quite a while to heat up (almost 24 hours in 50-ish Fahrenheit lows) but is holding its temperature nicely. The instructions say to change the water every couple of days, which would make my power bill go through the roof, I think, but I am hoping that keeping the water treated, as I would in a "real" hot tub, will allow me to not have to change it that often. The bubbles are much stronger than I expected, and I like that they time out after about half an hour, because it tells me it is time to get out. Installation was easy.The cover is a bit difficult to put on/take off. I ended up just unclipping two of the buckles and folding the cover back a bit when I use it, and that works.The hot tub immediately developed (or already had) a very slow leak, as it is on my upper deck and it is dripping onto the ground below. At first, I hoped it was just water that had spilled over or leaked from the hose that I filled it with, but the drip continues and the water level in the tub is slowly going down. I can't find the leak, so I am guessing it is near the bottom somewhere. I don't want it sitting on my deck, keeping the wood wet 24/7, so I will likely dismantle it and set it up where it can sit on concrete or the ground.Ultimately, when you compare the cost of this to the cost of a more permanent hot tub, it is much better than I expected, and if it weren't for the leak, I would definitely give it five stars. It is much too cumbersome to empty it, deflate it, and send it back, and the leak is small, so I will live with it and/or try to find and patch it down the road.I would likely not buy another one after this one gives up the ghost, but it was a good chance to find out that I like having a hot tub without investing in the cost of a more permanent one.

The power of the bubble jets exceeded my expectations! 104 is adequate top temp. Set up was super easy. The only caveat is the power of the heater. The bubble jets last for 20 minutes and the temp drops a solid 6 degrees in that time. We had 2 hard freeze nights since we got it, but has been pretty mild since. We’ll see how it goes after it gets colder. (November in Missouri) I don’t expect to use it all winter, but I do think we could do some things to extend the season.All in all, it’s the best $450 I’ve ever spent. If I only get 2-3 years out of, it is worth it!

First it is pretty heavy in a small box. It is well packaged and comes with a storage carry bag. It also comes with a cover for the pool when its not in use to keep debris from falling into the water.The quality of material is very thick and heavy duty, making it feel durable.Installation was very simple and the instructions were clear except it missed a small little step.It has a built in air pump that is used for bubbling the water as well as inflating the tub. Inflating was very simple with just a hose that connects to the main control unitl/pump and the air port which has a valve for easy inflation. There was a step that states to install the filter to the inlet port, But it did not say that there were 2 filters to install.Once inflated it feels very sturdys and holds its form very well. The controls are very simple to operate. The bubble and heat are just a button to press. Temperature can be adjusted to desired temp.

Had issue with inside plug not holding, outside cap not sealing proper so it leaked. Need to do a better job at designing draining system.

Easy to set up and get going. It goes to 104 f. Its hot enough for me, but just be aware.

After 3 months of use, this is still the best investment we could have made! Super easy to set up, I mean it was basically plug and play! We use it at least once per day. We are two average tall people and three is fine but 4 is quite cramped. It does take 24 hours to heat up, so we just leave it on. It holds well at 104, it's HOT! We don't even need bubbles, because the bubbles cools down the water pretty quick. We have purchased replacement filters, but found that a good thorough scrubbing can make the filter last a couple of weeks instead of weekly. I have grain chlorine that I add occasionally, when the strips say I need it. But the water is super clear! The electrical bill might be a bit more, but it's totally worth it. I sleep better and feel better overall.

So far it’s very nice for the price it’s a very good buy . It’s solid and definitely would recommend.Fits 2 people just fine.

Nous avons reçu notre spa en avril mais nous attendions que la température le permette, nous avons installé notre spa gonflable, mis l'eau gonfler pour que les parois soit bien rigide mais le couvercle non plutôt une toile le couvre mal et difficile à installer. Avons dégonfler un peu pour donner plus de flexibilité NE FONCTIONNE PAS faudrait enlever plus d'air dans les parois pour pouvoir le couvrir, mais non impossible il s'affaisse . ALORS QUE FAIRE......

Pour le prix vendu, j‘ai vraiment apprécié cet achat. Chauffe très bien. Lorsque je l’ai emplie l’eau était à 50 et 48h après, elle avait déjà atteint 90 même avec sa grande quantité d’eau. Beaucoup d’espace.Seul point faible, les jets son seulement dans le bas mais il fait tout de même un bon travail de relaxation

This soft tub doesn't keep its temperature at all. One minute it's 83 f the next a crazy 107f. I would definitely not recommend this tub. I wish I could get my money back from this. DO NOT BUY
