I purchased these as a follow-up to GN’s 5000mg gummies, I tested these berry-flavoured 3000mg version for a weeks as a maintenance dose (not for loading). 3000mg = 60% of clinically effective dose (5g). I used 2 gummies post-workout with 300ml water. The natural mixed-berry taste (raspberry/blueberry) had no artificial aftertaste. It is gentle on stomach, the low strength dose eliminated cramping/diarrhoea risk even when taking both gummies at once. Perfect for sensitive users. I love the fact it's vegan derived formula (Pectin-based, gluten-free, no dyes) which dissolves cleanly. Good price and convenience, it's small size makes it easy to travel with – no powder spills!

Perfect . It lives in my work bag
A great alternative to powders. I wanted something that is less bulky so I can take them to work and use them pre gym that way I don’t forget to take them . I have bought a 2nd batch to take on holiday so I can continue my supplements there . They taste nice . And cost effective also . 5 stars from me .

Tasteful gummies
I have been using this product for the last 6 months and i have to say that it doesnt have an affect on me!Is it supposed to be like that? It says creatine is good for the muscle but probably because i dont hit the gym a lot thats why i havent seen any results yet

Easy way to do yourself good
Easy and pleasant way to take a supplement. I look forwars to my litte sweet gummy teat each moring and it's especially good when I know it's doing me good too. No side effects to apparent. I can't speak about long term benefits as I haven't been taking them long enough, but I'm sure I'm heading in the right direction.

Gummies have had a recipe change and are now inedible
These gummies used to be firm and smooth and tasted of berries. The latest version is floury on the surface, less chewy and tastes of artificial sweetener. I’ve cancelled my subscription because they are now inedible compared to the previous version.
