Great product! I use to dress patient's wounds in the clinic. Much better and more effective than topical antibiotic creams, ointments, or, Lotions.

It was recommended by my vet to buy this to treat a open wound my dog had on her paw. This stuff is amazing!!! In 10 days the would looks amazing. We have been doing wound care and bandage changes every 2 days. I just apply some of the honey onto the non stick tefla pad and place over the wound and then wrap it up and keep it covered and dry until the next bandage change and I am amazed at the results. Be careful when buying Manuka Honey bc some are not 100% medical Manuka honey. This one is! There are also different types and grade of honey and if you are using it for wound care you want a medicinal medical grade. There is a difference. Highly recommend this honey!!

I bought this as a first aid salve, to have around just in case. A year ago in January, I had a HORRIFIC sore throat with the worst taste in my mouth. I genuinely believe it was Covid, this was before all the hype. Nothing would make the soreness go away. I even tried gargling with Hydrogen Peroxide. Once I swabbed this on my throat, the pain was gone in 24hrs. And although I did get a lot of lung congestion and general malaise, I never got really sick, like so many people.I also use this on my face, whenever I have a breakout or a cut on my hand. It heals up almost immediately.I've used it on one of my dogs, who has had gum irritations, in the past. Combined with 500ppm Colloidal Silver, it will make the redness and pain go away almost immediately. She was misdiagnosed SEVERAL times, by more than one vet, as having Stomatitis/CUPS disease. When the actual problem was low thyroid and once I put her on a homeopathic remedy, no more problems.

I’m utterly impressed by the benefits of manuka honey for wound healing! Truly wonderful. This product is good because it’s not sterilized by heat pasteurization (which destroys the beneficial microbes) but by radiation. My only problem is that the opening at the end of the tube is too small and it’s very difficult to make the honey squeeze out. Especially by second half of contents! I have been afraid to try to expand the hole lest the snap-on cap will then leak. Otherwise it’s terrific!

Easy to use. Nice little bottle. The lid flips over after opening and becomes the cap. Took a minute to figure that out.

My son blew his hand apart with an explosive and the wounds weren’t healing well until I got this for him. I know people that have had bed soars, that after trying everything ended up back in the hospital. They didn’t heal until they found Manuka honey. I wish more people knew about this

Our burn/wound Dr told us to use honey to help eat the fluff (white stuff) on a wound. Must say this stuff healed the wound faster than I could believe. Must use higher than 60% and be medical grade.

Ancient Egyptian physicians used human and animal excrement as a cure-all remedy for diseases and injuries. That may have been better than Activon Manuka Honey. I had a deep cut on my shin that I treated for a few days with Activon Manuka Honey. It got so deeply infected that after a few days, I had to go on a round of oral antibiotics and hardcore prescription antibiotic ointment to combat the infection. Well, stupidly I decided to give Activon one more try on a cut on the palm of my hand. Within just one day with Activon Manuka Honey and a bandaid the spot is now hot and infected. Like I said - dung may be more effective. This stuff is horrible / avoid!
