I did expected its a plumping lipstik, but it doesnt. When you advertised "plumping" meaning, you can feel the tingling in your lips but it was not. It was a regular lipstick.

I just purchased this lipstick yesterday, and already it's my favorite. It has a really enticing scent, and is really smooth and moisturizing. It also wears for a long time. The color, femme fatale is nice and bright, but not overwhelming.
