This is my second Philips electric toothbrush, with my first being a 5000 series that had to be repaired twice. This toothbrush is like night and day better than my old one - quieter, with different modes that I want to use. This toothbrush feels like it is working and I am enjoying how clean my teeth feel. The toothbrush feels solid, looks good, and feels good in the hand. The only weak point is that the travel case is cheap and nasty and does not have any charging capability.

I recently purchased your Philips Sonicare DiamondClean 9000 pink electric toothbrush, and I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. Despite being advertised as a high-quality and top-performing product, I have found it to be significantly lacking in comparison to my previous ones like the Philips Sonicare DiamondClean HX9331/04 and the Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush, 2019 Edition, Rose Gold. Firstly, the battery life of this toothbrush is unacceptable. Despite charging it fully, it only lasts a fraction of the time that my previous toothbrush did, leaving me without a functional toothbrush in the middle of my morning routine. This is a major inconvenience and has caused me to have to constantly interrupt my brushing to recharge the device. Furthermore, the travel case that came with this toothbrush is cheaply made and does not provide adequate protection for the toothbrush during travel. The case does not securely hold the toothbrush, and it has fallen out multiple times, putting the toothbrush at risk of damage. I expect a higher level of quality and performance from a toothbrush that is marketed as a premium product and sold at a premium price. I am extremely unhappy with this purchase and feel that it is not worth the money that I spent. I would like to request a refund for this product, as it is not performing to the standards that I expected and I do not feel that it is a good value for my money. I have always been a fan of Philips products and used them for years, as well as highly recommending them to many people who have also purchased them. However, this experience has left me feeling extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration and make the necessary improvements to your products to ensure that your customers are satisfied and receive value for their money.

Functionally works the same as most of the other diamond clean toothbrushes. However, two points detract from overall rating: 1) Travel case is very poor quality compared to other versions, cheap and plastic and doesn't facilitate charging, 2) the 4x30 sec intervals for cleaning have changed to 6x20secs which is harder to keep track of

Absolutely the right choice for me. I have owned both Phillips and Braun in the past, the most recent replacement being Braun because it was on offer and was quite cheap, big mistake, was good toothbrush but battery was useless having to be recharged constantly. My new Phillips fully charged, am now on day 14 and is still going, Very pleased with my purchase

The power and feel of the sonicare brushes are second to none. I’ve tried others but they don’t get anywhere near the squeaky clean feeling these brushes provide me with. I drink a lot of tea and I’m sure my teeth would be orange if it wasn’t for these being as good as they are! They have a pretty much 2 week battery life, several different settings to personalise your brushing and a nice premium feel to the handle and brush. This has a new style charger (a puck type, so a flat bottom body/handle, if you hope to use an old charger or case). Some come with connected apps and brush head change reminders but that’s not something I’ve ever used. Yes they have reliability issues, which infuriates me because I’ve had sonicare brushes for about 10 years and they still have the same problems with internal components breaking. But I have never once had the slightest problem with getting it repaired or replaced under warranty, so I keep coming back. If a £1000 phone can’t last much more than 2-3 years, should I really expect my £120 toothbrush to do better…?

Dank der Schalltechnologie kommt man auch in schwer zugängliche Bereiche sehr gut heran. Programme & Intensitäten: Es gibt verschiedene Putzprogramme (z. B. Clean, White, Gum Health), die man je nach Bedarf nutzen kann. Sehr angenehm ist, dass die Intensität in Stufen einstellbar ist – ideal für empfindliches Zahnfleisch. Bürstenköpfe: Die mitgelieferten C3 Premium Plaque Defense-Bürstenköpfe sind hochwertig, sitzen fest und zeigen ein sehr gutes Ergebnis. Durch die Smart-Funktion erkennt die Zahnbürste sogar, welcher Bürstenkopf aufgesteckt ist. Design & Verarbeitung: Die Farbe Aquamarine sieht edel aus, die Zahnbürste liegt hochwertig in der Hand und wirkt sehr solide. Auch die Ladefunktion mit Glas ist optisch wie praktisch ein Highlight. Akkulaufzeit: Der Akku hält mehrere Wochen durch, selbst bei zweimal täglichem Putzen – das ist im Alltag und besonders auf Reisen sehr praktisch. Einziger kleiner Nachteil ist der hohe Preis von rund 200 €. Allerdings bekommt man dafür ein Premium-Produkt, das sowohl in Leistung als auch Design überzeugt. 👉 Fazit: Wer bereit ist, etwas mehr zu investieren, erhält eine der besten Schallzahnbürsten auf dem Markt – mit hervorragendem Reinigungsergebnis und sehr durchdachter Ausstattung.
