Will it stay on all night? I noticed a review that says the sound turns off after 4 hours, but the description says it's continuous or timed.

It stays on all night. There’s a continuous setting along with the timing button. If you leave it on the first setting it will be continuous if you set it on the second it will be 4 hours. Mine has been continuous and works perfect!

Ive noticed it doesnt do brown noise. Did anyone find one that does? Im tored of taking tramadol.

It actually does have brown noise listed as at least one of the sounds. I absolutely love this device and have never slept better when using it!
