I have had to replace my remote for my Insignia Fire TV several times for various reasons. Every reason except the first, was because the replacement was not worthy. This one? I wish I had purchased it originally. I would not have wasted time or money with the others. The amount of energy I spent frustrated with the last one that I had hoped would be "the last one" immediately melted away when I inserted the batteries in this model and pointed to my TV. Presto! It synced while I was watching a show! It has never hesitated, made me press, repress and jab and point at the TV accusingly. I've forgotten how easy a remote is supposed to work. Thank you. When you sit and watch TV, it's supposed to be a time to relax, not a time to fight with your remote. I'm literally laughing out loud, that a remote has made my life a wee bit easier. I threw the other one away. No reason to keep as back up. This one... WORKS. Exactly like it's supposed to. Isn't that wonderful?

I regret purchasing the BN59-01357A Solar Voice Remote for my Samsung TV. Initially, it worked well, but after just two months of use, it stopped responding. Despite being advertised as having solar charging, it no longer charges properly, and the buttons often don't register. I’ve tried resetting it and troubleshooting, but nothing seems to fix it. This remote is definitely not worth the investment—save yourself the trouble and look for a more reliable option.

I would like to say this is perfect but it took me 2 tries, downloading the firetv app, a lot of patience, and a couple hours to get it to sync or pair or whatever you call it with our fire stick. It was hard to just not give up but we are finally up and running properly.
