Q: What is the thickness of these oven liner sheets?

Another customer said 9850 microns thick... no. That would be nearly 1 centimeter, or almost a half-inch thick. The thickness is shown in the images at the top left of the listing. Some sizes use different images than other sizes. Most sizes show they are 0.28mm (280 microns/11 mils/0.011 inch/11 thousandthss of an inch) thick. Some sizes show 0.20mm (200 microns/7.9 mils/0.0079 inch/7.9 thousandths of an inch) thick.

Q: Where do you put the mat in the oven

Unfortunately the instructions that come with product say: Everyone's oven is different. In all ovens with hidden heating elements, the oven mat needs to be placed on THE LOWEST OVEN RACK.

Q: Can these be placed on both oven floor and oven rack?

They are made for the oven floor. I would not recommend using them on a rack.
