This form of glutathione is the best form of glutathione to take because the stomach acids do not immediately destroy the glutathione since the liquid is not immediately swallowed, but is held under the tongue for 30-60 seconds to enable absorption before swallowing. Highly recommended.

I like that it’s simple ingredients, no weird sugar alcohols, etc. Realizing glutathione has a sulphur like taste, you would think they could do a bit more to add a flavor to disguise it somewhat. Can get by with putting it in a strong juice, stir with a whisk or frothier. No benefits as I cannot tolerate a full dose, but mainly bought for detoxing qualities.

It's one of those tastes that you're not sure if you hate it or not. You can't really taste it until it hits the back of your tongue. I use a drink to wash it down to avoid some of the taste. As far as effectiveness, I don't take it for anything specific except general health reasons, but when I take it before heavy alcohol consumption, I don't get a hangover, so it does work for that.

This is a great product to take after surgery to help you recover from the after affects of anesthesia. It has other lovely antioxidant properties. Take under the tongue and let sit for 60 seconds without swallowing. The taste isn't bad.

I've been using the product twice a day for a week now. It's too soon to see any benefits but I plan to use it consistently.On to taste—some of these reviews say it tastes bad, but I disagree—I quite like the taste, it's a fruity taste. If you've ever tried those magic berries that make sour things taste sweet, it taste similar to the magic berry.The smell however isn't that good and is off putting so I quickly squirt it into my mouth but I swear the taste is way way way better than what it smells like. I was nervous to taste it based off other reviews I've read, but I like the product so far and will most likely purchase again.
