Q: Where buy replacement cartridges?

Thank you for asking. A filter cartridge can be used for about 6 months normally.We will launch replacement cartridge products, please look forward to it. Our filter cartridge size: diameter 2.4 inches * height 2.7 inches. If you need to stock up urgently, you can also buy the right cartridge according to this size.

Q: If the install on shower pipe is "upside down" vs the photos do l I have to flip the filter around for it to work right?

No, it goes by the flow of water, water enters one side exits other

It works for me. I have hard water so I changed the filter often. How often are you changing the filter?

Q: Leaking at 1/2" shower pipe. Washer slips inside the pipe instead of compressing against it. Larger washer will not fit in filter. Solutions?

Dear, you can use the plumber's tape that is included to rapair the leak. you probably need to wind the Teflon tape that comes in the kit, to the connection.makes 3-4 turns . Good, but it has 1 replacement and no head for the shower.No clue what is the included tape used for.

I didn’t receive the replacement filters, and it seems several other customers had the same issue.Returning the item felt like too much of a hassle, so I decided to keep it. But, If you're considering this product, Be aware that the replacement filters would not be included.
