BEST EVER
This product was sized correctly and exactly what we wanted

So comfortable
I love this and use without the booties attached, however, I wish I sized up because the legs are short on me. Even wearing my UGGs there’s a gap between my boot and the material. My own fault, not the fault of the product. I wear this when camping outside or on dog walks during the winter.

Exactly as expected
This thing is amazing I use it all the time. Comfy and great for cold softball tournament days since the booties come off. I'm 5'4" and without booties it's fine but with them it's very long. I have to grab and hold it up like a dress unless I roll the bottom 😅 I have to pull it up a bit to sit down but I love using this instead of a sleeping bag when camping in late spring to early fall when weather permits. Great for bonfires too

It's fabulously warm & comfy except for 4 annoyances...
1) the bungee draw chords to tighten the hood snugly around your face and ears: the bungee cords get in your face and there's no way to get them out of your way. They are just there and when you lay on your side, the bungee cords stab into the side of your face. So I did a sewing alteration. I sewed the bungee cord in place at my preferred level of snugness then I removed the plastic chunks so they don't stab me in the face anymore.2) Yes, they warn customers on the official website how these fit. So customers need to decide whether to buy one that fits perfectly but is actually too small for you, or too big for you but is more comfortable to sleep in, but too big to walk around in. There's nothing in between. When you buy the right size selk'bag to fit your height, sleeping in bed with the booties is very uncomfortable because when you bend your knees, the fabric pulls up on your booties and feels like you're in a straight jacket from your hips to your feet. So before this winter came, I made an alteration, I call them ankle extensions. I sewed about 6 in of stretchy crush velvet and I did it expertly and it took a whole day to do it. Worth it! I'm having a comfortable winter now. I can finally sleep in this thing and bend my knees without having to buy a larger size selk bag.Otherwise the booties were completely useless because you only need them when you sleep, and if they prevent you from bending your knees while you're sleeping, ugh, so before I made the sewing alteration I omitted wearing the booties, I just wore knee-high smart wool socks and pulled them up over the outside of the ankles of the selk bag, to stay warm, to keep cold breezes out.3) the hip-to-neck zipper constantly snags & gets stuck in the fabric.4) Need to use the restroom while you're all snuggly in your selk bag? Better wear a base layer underneath it so you're not shocked by the outside ambient cold when you have to completely doff your selk'bag to use the restroom. My next DIY alteration to this thing might be to insert a zipper bumper shoot.

A big hug
I’d seen this product on Instagram for a while, and eventually I decided to buckle and drop money on one. This human-shaped cocoon is WARM. Maybe too warm because there are some times where the heat is trapped so well, I’m practically radiating heat when I take it off.Not a deal breaker in the least.I keep the feet on for the most part but it’s nice to have the option to take them off, slap on some sneakers and go get the mail. It’s like wearing a giant hug at times with just how puffy this thing is. From the legs all the way up to the hood which is one of the best parts, it’s incredibly warm and thick. And I also like the ends of the sleeves how they just fold over when you don’t need to use your hands.Honestly, it’s easily the most ridiculous thing I’ve worn, but for days off during COVID this winter, this is perfect at-home attire.

Visit outdoors when it is COLD!
Want to visit outdoors in the winter? Google "Selk bag" - altho I think they should be called Selk SUIT since it does have fitted legs. I bought the Original Selk suit - MORE puffy, more insulated. They also have a "Lite" version - not quite as puffy - which might be right for some folks. Includes zip-off booties if you want to wear it inside your sleeping bag! Disadvantage - better hope it is warm where you need to pee!I already did visit outdoors from 7 to 9 PM wearing mine and was quite comfortable, altho my nose did get very cold! I plan to travel to the Arctic Circle in January and bought mine for the trip. It is VERY cozy!

Perfect, warm, ahhhhhhhh!
This Selk’ bag is amazing! It’s an adult blanky; so comfortable and warm. I live in a bus with solar power so I love drinking some hot Chamomile tea lounging on my memory foam futon/bed and then curling up in my comfy “body bag”. It’s easy to move in (I got the L, yet I’m small to med. it works perfectly. I don’t bother with the zip on feet, bit ya never know. Some day I might! Get this warmGarmet/sleeper bag. It’s awesome!!! The best sleeping bag
I spent a lot of time in Alaska over the last winter, traveling between several villages and sleeping wherever there was available indoor space. This bag was comfortable, easy to clean and put away, and the best part -- individual arms and legs! It made it very easy to move into a position other than "mummy" so that I could get comfortable and stay that way throughout the night.
