These cough gels have the same ingredients as Delsym cough syrup at a fraction of the cost. I have re-ordered several times and find the product works well to control coughs.

If your cough tends to come with a lot of chest congestion, you might want something different or use this alongside another product. Bottom line: A reliable, long-lasting cough relief option that works well for controlling that dry, nagging cough—easy to take and non-drowsy, which makes it a very practical addition to the medicine cabinet.

Fast shipping, no taste or smell. About the same or better price and quality than other brands. Works for cough, the capsules aren't too large. Overall, very decent. I do wish that the other... "popular," cough brand was still listed here though, since these contain sorbitol which can cause stomach issues.

I had a bad cold at the beginning of this winter. I purchased Dextromethorphan from the local RX. It was darn expensive. I purchased this affordable brand from Amazon, and it helped with my cough for a fraction of the price of the big-name brand RX store.
