Zenb has replaced our regular pasta and we eat it at least once per week. It is delicious, a flavor and texture like al dente pasta, but a bit richer. The whole family are fans and we have spread the word to two other families! More protein, fewer carbs than pasta. It is so good that we fear that, like the Seinfeld episode on frozen yogurt, that it is too good to be true.

When I cook this pasta on a low boil at first and then slow simmer and check for texture often (and ignore the cooking instructions on the box), this pasta is the best and its texture is great. However, if I followed the instructions in the box to a “t”, I end up with a mushy yellow mess. This pasta is fussy to cook perfectly but it’s worth it especially to someone like me with lots of food allergies and celiac.

This pasta is a great wheat-free pasta alternative. It has a nice texture and flavor and is high protein. Love this product!

Disappointed that the box and contents within got smaller and still paying more for less!!!!!

I am extremely happy to find a pasta substitute as someone who can't tolerate any grains, and also finding my body responding to many grain substitutes (like root subs) with inflammation. This Pea pasta tasted great (meaning neutral) and is quite dense, cooked up to an al dente texture even at full cook time (which I prefer) and was just 100% a wonderful substitute for traditional grain based pastas. I ate a big bowl and zero inflammation next morning!! Yay! Couldn't be happier!

I love this pasta, great for stir fry’s, sauces, and soups.

just have some split pea soup or something.
