Q: Will this be enough for a gallon of paint

I am not sure, it depends on how thick you want it to be. If you want it really thick I would go with two jars.

Q: Is this glitter heat resistant?

I have used this glitter on polymer clay and it has been baked in an oven granted at a low temperature keeps color well . Also used in resin then used a heat gun to pop bubbles still fine, hope that helps a bit

Q: I want to use this product on a wood craft, that will be used for outside, what glue should I use?

Maybe a mod-podge. Depends on if this craft is going to be outside.
