The Cheapest Transfer Pump works with pressure washer
I was unable to get my electric 1.1gpm pressure washer from running properly as a standalone connection. That is where this pump comes in play. Was able to hook this pump with a filter on the inlet which then connected the provided green hose to my 330 Gallon tote with a 3/8 adapter. Having the tote full of water, the pump (after filling the inlet with some water and making sure the hose was ran temporary as well before plugging) I was able to get a solid flow coming out. I then tossed another 2 foot leader hose on the outlet of the pump leading into a 100 foot spool of hose. This then fed into my pressure washer and it worked perfectly! Providing the full 3000 psi as advertised. Make sure the INLET of the pump does not exceed 10 feet. The outlet does not matter as I was able to get at least 102 feet out of it without issue to operate an electric washer.

Pump die while is was running for the first time
Don.t know what happened but the first time I ran the pump and moved it slightly while I was cleaning and taking water out of the pool, the pump stop working.Really poor design, or they should specify, PUMP CANNOT BE MOVED OR TOUCH WHILE IS RUNNING. Otherwise, your 62 dollar+ shipping are gone.

Doesn't work well with ground fault circuit interrupt (GFCI) outlets...
I got this pump to transfer water out of a tank in our basement to our sump pump. I used the short hose on the inlet with the include screen/pick-up and a short 6 foot hose on the outlet. I primed the pump as the instructions stated filling it with some water. When I plugged the pump in, it ran for about 2 seconds and then triggered our GFCI outlet. I reset the GFCI outlet several times and each time it triggered the GFCI outlet in about 2 seconds. The motor on this pump pulls so much current the GFCI outlet triggers. So, I then had the idea to plug a 100 foot extension cord into the GFCI outlet and the pump into the extension cord. My hope was this would dampen the current and keep the GFCI outlet from triggering. It partially helped. Now the pump would run 10 to 15 seconds and then trigger the GFCI outlet. Since the water was debris free, I then removed the inlet filter that came with the pump. This time, with the 100' extension cord and no inlet filter (the triangle shaped thing) the pump would run continuously without triggering the GFCI. It's a bit disappointing that a pump that is likely to be used in a wet environment where a GFCI outlet should be used triggers the GFCI and prevents it from being used. The pump seems to move a lot of water when it does have power. Our sump pump is on the exact same GFCI circuit as this transfer pump and has never triggered the GFCI. The sump pump is much, much larger and yet draws less current!? Note, it does not have an on/off switch which I think it should. Seems to be a reasonable pump when it doesn't trigger the GFCI. I'll have to ask the manufacturer if I have a defective pump or if this is normal.

Best to fill the hose and prime the pump before using.
Better water pressure than municipal water. Works well. Easier to get started if the supply hose is full and the pump is primed.

Functional pump
Pump was delivered near end of estimated delivery dates. Pump was as described and capacity is good. I have only operated it to transfer water but has worked well.Only recommendation would be to have a sealed motor(fan end is open).
