Olympic Weight Plates , Rubber Coated===============================These weights are great - I love the tri-grip as they are held so easily and even used so easily in aerobics and other exercises. Stack well on the bar. I don't like the pre covid frozen in time currently selling 1.25kg x 4 for 32.99 and 2.5kg x 4 for 41.99I find the size benefits only come with the larger olympic weights - the equivalent 1.25kg and 2.5kg, 1 inch plates are much smaller, albeit they are not as easy to hold loose than the equivalent tri grip plates.

Bought these to add weights for when you need to improve your lifting but cant go for big jumps. A must have for anyone with an olympic bar.

Those have a 2 inch hole in the middle so they are great for attaching to a leg bench press. Very sturdy and strong

am using them on a trapbar, got a total of 70kg weight plates on the trapbar, they are nice & quiet on the floor
