Brilliant
Follow the instructions to season the pan before using and it becomes virtually non stick.Perfect as a dosa pan, pizza pan and general baking trays. Distributing heat evenly for perfect results.

Learn how cast iron cookware needs love
I give this one a solid thumbs up , straight from the box , add a couple of teaspoons of oil into the pan ( i used rapeseed ) put it on a hob ( induction in my case ) give it max heat until the oil starts to smoke , then wipe the oil around covering the entire inside of the pan with a paper/cotton tea towel . Remove from the heat and now wipe with a paper/cotton tea towel to remove oil , now use the same tea towel and wipe the outside for rust prevention . I did this process twice and i am sure this pan will just get better with age . Like all cast iron cookware try not to wash it after use , just wipe it down with paper towels or a cotton tea towel . If you need to wash for any reason ? wash and dry then wipe with oil everywear and heat in the oven for a few minutes at high heat to stop rust formation

Good product for big family or professional cooking.. not practical for daily use.

Great quality
Ok so this is quite large and heavy. Im a desi and use it for rotis and dosas and you can make them as large as you want. Its naturally non sticky but you have to make sure to season it once in a while. Love it, just a bit on the heavier side and takes more space on the cooker, you will need to use the largest burner for this and will be able to manage just one more medium burner space. I use it on a gas cooker and its absolutely fine, be careful with kids around as it takes time to cool down.

Don't waste your money
I read the negative reviews and thought it must just be people who don't know how to use a cast iron pan. I was wrong, this is not a good pan. The surface finish horrendous, makes seasoning the pan very difficult and it just shreds the towel. The pan warped on first use. It may be better on gas stoves but definitely not electric.
