It's blue and shiny!
Bought it for a festival. It did a great job of being beautiful and useful to identify people in the dar and was used for a performance peace by a friend.

Product images arent accurate for ambient glow but it works.
So if you purchase this item please note that the light output is hard to see, but the el wire itself shines brightly. If you're going to use this to do some cheap detailing in a car you're better off looking for the sewing type as it comes with additional material to weave into areas. Other than that if used correctly it can be effective for ambient trim or back panel glow, but the light output can barely reach beyond 5-10cm so keep it for small tight areas with lots of reflective surfaces to give a better light coverage and effect

Easy to use and effective
Can see them slightly during day time, but are definitely most effective in the dark. Very easy to use :)

Not Recommend
Not Recommend, the battery gone very quickly. Around 3 hours you don’t have battery anymore. Very bad.

All three wires connect to one battrey pack.
The media could not be loaded. This is perfect for making my sons halloween costume with. All three wires connect to one battrey pack which i didnt realise till i opened it so thats a bonus. It has two modes on and flashing and was super cheap so an all round winner in my eyes.

High pitched noise but can be muted
The media could not be loaded. I've used this stuff loads of times for different projects and it's fantastic to work with.Yes it's got a high pitch noise from the current change over but you can get around that with a simple ip67 enclosure box and a little bit of sound deaden inside it. Can't hear a thing now from them.SAFETY WARNING... I believe these are AC converted Inorder to illuminate the wire. If you damage it or leave the end exposed with no rubber cap on it you can get a bit of a shock from it. Anyone with heart problems take extra care not to damage it and seal the end if you need to trim.
