It's a cone, and it's orange
I bought this to allow me to make a DIY handicap parking space when there are no handicap spaces available in a parking lot. I am paralyzed and cannot use my legs at all. I require a wheelchair and I have a ramp that comes out of the side of my van so I can get in and out of the van. I am frequently unable to find a handicap parking spot when I go places, and especially when I go to Walmart. So now, if I can't find a spot, I will park in one normal spot and put the cone at the front of the next spot so nobody can park me in. I have done this a few times and it has worked for me each time. I will sometimes even put the cone in the lined space to the right of the disabled spot, just to make sure nobody parks me in (people love parking in the lines between handicap spaces for some reason).

Construction Traffic
I bought 3 of these to help keep construction traffic out of my driveway. Trucks were pulling into my paver driveway and backing into the site across the street. They were grinding rubber and mud into the pavers leaving tire marks I have been unable to remove. The contractor has promised to replace the pavers but I need to limit the damage. The cones are a nice way to let the construction workers know not to pull in my driveway. The cones are smaller than the ones you see on the highway, but that's great with me. They appear to be well constructed and the base is heavy enough to keep the cones in place even in a heavy wind.

It's a big orange traffic cone
LOL, how could you rate a big orange traffic cone as anything other than 5 stars??? I mean, it's a BIG ORANGE TRAFFIC CONE, just like you see on the side of the road. So if you are looking to buy a big orange traffic cone . . . then this one's as good an any. My kids backed into them, and ran over a couple while learning to parallel park, and they're still standing (the cones that is). We're using them now as end zone markers for the family football games.Arrived on time, and as advertised . . . big orange traffic cones.

Just what I needed
I got this item to prevent people from parking in my reserved space. It is kind of short and i had a car park over it (backing in). I decided to put it on the sidewalk in front of the car so it is more visible. So far, so good. It also doesn't take up too much space in my suv. Not to mention, it came sooner than expected.Update: I recently had someone steal one of my cones:(. Luckily I bought three. I won't put them out again, but I keep one in my car in case of an emergency.

Orange 3M Traffic Cone
I bought 4 of these and they are working great. The cone base is of hard composite and is heavy to make the entire platform stable. The cone part is soft so that even if it is hit by something, it would not crack but just deform. I used these traffic cones to practice my parallel parking. The only downside is the cone is a bit too low for me to see -- after all it's only 12 inches... I inserted the stick from my mop into the hole of the traffic cone (with some additional cardboard adapter in the bottom to hold the mop stick) and everything works well.

Good Product
I buy these to save my site at campgrounds while I use a small RV as an "in and around" vehicle. Big enough to see easily. Heavy enough not to be blown away. The down-side is people steal at least one of these each season. It's a good thing they are comparatively inexpensive.

Great product, great price, not great shipping cost
This is a sturdy, well constructed cone that will not fall apart on its own. Sadly, with shipping, I paid much, much more than I could have paid had I gone to Lowe's, even though Lowe's is overpriced. That's why I give it 3 stars and not 5. You should also see how big the box was for four of these cones. I had absolutely no idea what was in the box, but the box was so big that I thought it must be expensive.

Size and Color Do Matter
This traffic cone is big enough and bright enough to be easily seen. It has enough flexible rubber-like weight added to the bottom, so is isn't easily blown over. I use mine with my motorhome to mark my reserved campsite when I'm away and to warn motorists, with my added reflective triangles, if I'm ever forced to make an emergency stop on the side of a highway. Mine was made in Oshkosh, Wisconsin USA and has the solid, durable look and feel of an American-made product.
