Can these be used with missing teeth. Like a front tooth?

One tooth should be okay. Keep in mind that this item needs existing teeth to connect to and the more teeth the better.

Can you wear these for long periods of time? Wanna wear at a convention but don't wanna be taking out the teeth from pain of wearing them?

They'd have to be rigged up somehow to fit over your teeth like a retainer. They also tend to slip out of your mouth as you talk and/or lip sync to a TikTok audio. They're very difficult to keep in. I found this out almost immediately since I'm am just getting into cosplay for the first time. Also, be very careful, they tend to cut.
