Comfortable, good for short people
I looked at a ton of chairs trying to find a balance between looks and comfort. After reading hundreds of reviews, I settled on this one. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase but there's a few cons to consider. I'll list my pros and cons to help others decide if this chair seems like a good fit for them.Pros:- COMFORTABLE! I wfh (8-10 hour days) like many people right now and it's comfortable enough that I forget I'm sitting in it. A chair you don't think about is a good chair!- I'm Short (4'11) and this chair has a wide range of heights it can be situated at. The highest point is quite high and the lowest my feet can reach the group comfortably. I keep it on a midway setting and use the wheels are footrests to be at the optimal height for my desk. An added bonus is I have a sit-stand desk so if I have the desk in the stand position and set the chair at its highest setting I can take the occasional sit rest and not have to adjust the desk. An unexpected pleasant feature!- I'm fat (200lbs) and the size of the seat comfortably accommodates my ample bottom. I don't feel squeezed into it by any means. That said, someone who is heavy but isn't also petit might have issues with the width. The seat is probably wide enough for a skinny person to sit cross legged in.- it has nice lumbar support. I can lean back and feet supported.Cons:- The biggest con for me is the lack of arm rests. I thought from the pictures that the sides would come up high enough to be arm rests like those on a chair but they do not. It was disappointing but I find I'm comfortable resting my arms in my lap so it hasn't been bothering me much.- While it was quick to put together it was difficult since things don't line up especially well. It was a two person job while I compressed the chair frame to get things to line up enough for my husband to screw the base of the chair together. The wheels also required a lot of force to get them on the stand. I suspect this may be why some people's wheels broke. If you order this and you're a petite person you might consider calling a strong friend for help.- it advertises having a tilt function (unless I'm not understanding what "swivel tilt" means) but its tilt is negligible. It's maybe enough to give you some mild flexibility when stretching but it isn't much, really. For me the pros outweigh the cons considerably and I'm very happy with the way it looks. I ordered the light gray and it matches my desk perfectly. I'll likely be moving into a small apartment soon and if my computer desk setup winds up in the living room I wouldn't be embarrassed having this chair in there.

Awesome Chic Comfortable Chair
The media could not be loaded. This chair is so comfortable, wonderfully made and looks so chic. I’m not small either and I still feel very supported in this chair. It’s always hard buying a chair online, but I’m glad I did this time!

Modern office chair lacking in comfort
Nice-looking, sturdy chair but not all that comfortable. I will have to add a pillow to the bottom for comfort.

Comfortable chair for bad back
I agonized over what kind of WFH office to chair to get for months. I have severe scoliosis so I need a great chair with good support that is comfortable all day. I hate "traditional" office chairs, both in looks and in comfort. They are all either too arched or don't have enough support. I stumbled on this chair and eventually decided to just go for it, and I'm so glad I did! I've been using it for 7+ months and I'm still very happy with my purchase. It's cute and stylish in my office, and it has enough back support for me all day. I also love how I can sit cross legged in it (I'm 5'4" and 175lbs for reference), as that's how I prefer to sit, while still having some sort of short arm rest. The bottom cushion hasn't lost too much support over a few months, and I still find this chair super comfortable. Fabric still looks brand new too! As for assembly, it was easier with 2 people, but probably could have been done with 1 if necessary. This chair is a great value at $200, so if you're unsure go for it!

Really nice!
I've had this chair for a little over a month now and it's been great so far! I spend most of my day (6-8 hours with short walks about once an hour) sitting at my desk, and I find the chair to be quite comfortable. I am 5'6" and if I sit all the way back in the chair, my feet can touch, but not lay flat on the floor with the chair setting all the way up. I find the back support to be plenty for me as I do try to sit up on my own most of the time for posture instead of leaning back on the chair. However, when I do need to relax a bit, I don't find it uncomfortable to lean back onto the chair. The seat has not even started to show any wear when I've had chairs in the past show wear fairly quickly (given that I am sitting most of my day) For reference, I am 125 lbs, but the seat feels like it would hold shape for a while even at a higher weight.

I really wanted to love this chair
I just renovated my home office to be more of a guest room, and less office-y. The traditional desk chair just wasn't cutting it as far as the aesthetics I wanted in the room... and this was the best looking chair I could find. It was on my wish list for months before I finally pulled the trigger. I wanted to love it. I really did. Here are my main take-aways:1. The wheels- you really have to press hard to get them on2. Attaching the back of the chair to the bottom was definitely a 2 person job3. I'm short (5'2") and I can't sit all the way back and still have my feet on the ground, which is part of what makes it uncomfortable, but if I put a pillow behind me, it's still not that comfortable4. It would be great if I was working a few hours a day at it, or less, but putting in 8-9 hours is just not great. I'm going to suck it up, because it was expensive and looks good in the room, but my back is going to hate me every night. The seat portion is pretty good, it's just the ergonomics that aren't.5. I do like that it's big enough to fold a leg under yourself or even sit cross-legged, so I find myself doing that a lot.So, I think it depends on what you're using it for, how tall you are, and how long you'll be sitting at it daily... overall, the build quality is good, and it is a good looking chair, so that helps a lot!
