I love cooking, eat low carb, so spicing things properly is important. I want to love the food I cook!I think these are very thoughtful blends of spices, requiring little else besides salt and pepper. I have used taco knight on fish and chicken, blackened on fish, green zest on chicken legs, Greek in a salad, and they were all very nice.Every time I used a spice blend I instantly wished I had purchased one for my mom! Especially taco knight, they make tacos a lot and she watches her salt intake. I was surprised how flavorful it was.I'll be purchasing any again when I run out.

These taste great and I love that I don't need to minimize their use based on a ton of sodium. I can use as much as I want without concerns for blood pressure. The taco seasoning is great for taco night. Taste exactly like the packaged products but ZERO salt. I also used the steak seasoning on a skirt steak last night. EXCELLENT flavor. That one is another winner. Lastly I tried the Cajun/blackened and it has a nice bite to it. I love this because I miss using the Cajun spices due to the ultra high amounts of sodium all those products contain. I made some blackened shrimp on the barbecue to go with the skirt steak and it was a hit with the family. Thanks guys for a great product. Will buy again for sure!!

We tried Dak’s ‘Everything but-tha' Salt’ & the ‘Original Red’ seasonings. Both were very good. Nice combination of flavors.

The flavors were not at all what I expected, Not sure if it’s because it’s lacking salt, and I’m just not used to that, or they are just very bland and that flavor full at all.

Even if you aren't on a salt restricted diet, these spice blends are well worth the money. Lots of flavor and they actually taste like what you think they would taste like. Some salt-free spice blends just seem to be a bunch of random spices and herbs that don't really have much of a flavor profile or are just bland. These have an excellent, strong flavor profile that makes it a great buy for everyone. Ever use a salted seasoning blend and add too much because you want more of the spice flavor, but the salt is overwhelming? Buy these and you can add as much as you want without over-salting your dishes. All of the flavors are excellent, the Original Red even has a spicy kick to it! The Taco Knight tastes exactly like you'd expect from an American taco seasoning, but with some added cumin, onion and oregano make a great chili starter too. Well worth the money, you'd spend a lot more buying the spices and herbs individually to make your own. I'll definitely be buying again.
