This is my first ever brush with a bidet. It has thus far exceeded my expectations. And only one trip to the plumbing isle!I bought the hot/cold version. My brother, who calls these things "game changers" said don't bother. But it wasn't much more expensive and only slightly more difficult to install. It does take a long time to get hot water to the sink next to the commode. So I tried the instructions suggestion to run the sink water first, and to run the bidet in cleaning mode to get hot water faster. That was only moderately helpful, and the resulting water was simply luke warm. Not a fault of the unit but what I got was certainly comfortable.Had to get a flexible line to replace the copper one in place on the toilet. Easy at Ace. Installation at the toilet was straightforward. Took a few tries to get the bidet to clear the back edge of the bowl. Just a bit of trial and error.Hot water was just as simple. Did have to drill a hole in the vanity, but I dressed the hole with a brass grommet to make it look nice. The white tubing is ugly, but oh well.I expect it will pay for itself in savings over Dude Wipes...It's a stable build. Keeping it clean seems easy. Water pressure is perfect. Overall, I like!

The product was very well packaged and installation was straightforward. Just keep in mind to have extra Teflon tape and a couple of hours to install and test. The Luxe bidet is easy to use and has worked well for everyone in the family. Getting warm water is easy by just running the tap at the sink first. And being able to adjust the temperature on the Luxe is well appreciated because the water can get too hot! Cleaning is simple with the lift-up hinge and we like that it does not rely on electricity to get a warm water wash. We love it so much that we are ordering another one for the other washroom.

Opened it after return window since we bought in advance for our guests who have just arrived. Does not work in SA. Now sitting with teonusless bidets that can not be converted to South African fittings. This should have been specified.

Éste producto no trae los latiguillos de conexión de agua caliente y fria como dice en sus especificacion técnica. Crea un enorme problema ya que no son de 3/8” de pulgada
