I have one of the older Nespresso vertuo, which I use on a daily basis. I bought this one for use at the office. Although it is meant to be smaller, it is actually longer than my old one, just slimmer and shorter. The advantage of the Vertuo is that you can have a mug of coffee with a push of a button, and as I drink black coffee, it was simple to put my travel mug and run the coffee as I do other things. Unfortunately, the Vertuo Pop does not fit taller cups. The drainer makes it even shorter so not sure what the point of having it, as it will only fit short espresso cups. Have to remove it even just for a normal mug. It does look quite bright and cheerful though, and it did work - until it didn't... It stopped working in less than a year (my other machine is more than 3 years old and still going strong). Unfortunately, as it was sold by Amazon UK via Amazon UAE - neither Nespresso or Amazon is going to fix it. So be very aware of this problem and where it was sold from.

استلمت الماكينه في صندوقها وواضح انه تم فتحه سابقا. من الواضح انها مستعمله. يظهر ذلك من وجود رطوبة ماء تحت الخزان. ووجود كبسوله قد ازيل غلافها في علبة الكبسولات المستعمله. كنت اتمنى على الاقل يتم تنظيف الماكينه قبل ارسالها. وان يتم كتابة "مستعمل" في الوصف.

I have enjoyed a Nespresso machine for years and it was time for a refresh - generally only myself who has a 'proper' coffee so the Pop was a good option for me. It was the colours that attracted me to it! Lots of options as well as the usual black, white or red. I went for the aqua which fits brilliantly with my kitchen colour scheme. Of course it isn't just about the colour though... the cleaning programme on this seems easier than my previous Vertuo, far less complicated! The Pop is obviously smaller than the Vertuo so not ideal if you like a tall mug but if you remove the drip tray it gives a little more height. I love my new Pop! It is neat, good looking and makes a great coffee. Complimentary box of pods too - a nice variety which was an unexpected surprise. I feel this was great value and I am delighted with my purchase!

I absolutely love this machine. The Nespresso Vertuo Pop is compact, sleek, and fits perfectly on my counter without taking up much space. It heats up quickly and makes consistently smooth, rich coffee with a beautiful layer of crema every time. If you’re debating it, just get it. It feels like a little at-home café upgrade without being complicated. Totally worth it.

Love the colour. Live the nespresso pods flavour. Expensive for the pods and you have to get them as ones that say equivalent don't work as new nespresso machines read the barcode on the pods you use. I love nespresso flavour and if you purchase off amazon they not too badly priced. I got machine and pods in black Friday deal. I also have a delonghi expensive coffee machine. Nespresso is just as good quality without all the hassle of preparing it. Just pop in your pod and within seconds the coffee is ready. One slight drawback need to buy more small cups

Very basic machine. Small water resevoir. I like the way a used pod is thrown into built in bin but that's the only thing. The noise of brewing is way too loud, no way could you make coffee early without waking others. I like my coffee hot and I know these machines don't generally heat to my liking but the coffee was just luke warm. I tried another cup to see if machine needed to warm up but no different. Awful edition. Been returned for refund.
