PC arrived on time and works great! The computer and parts were well protected during delivery and everything worked on the first powerup with zero issues

Update January 2024. POS continues to fail. Now the power goes off for no known reason. Worst computer I have had in my lifetime. Been a gamer since 1985, so you can say I have had a few systems.Bought March 2023. Had to replace the SSD in July 2023. By October 2023, the liquid cooling unit started rattling whenever the CPU did any work (which apparently is a common failing of these units). I am now working to get the cooler replaced which consists of a lot of hurry-up-and-wait.High hopes for this system have been dashed. Most expensive computer I have purchased in a long time. In the past I always got Dell and HP systems. Never had one of those fail, and they were only retired due to Microsoft OS changes.

Bought this PC in April of 2023. Worked pretty well at the beginning (albeit the fans being kind of loud).About several months later its quality started to depreciate. The screen would start to flicker because the video card was defective. Then there was a rattling sound that would lasts for a few seconds on start-up, then eventually persist while it was on because the cooling unit became defective as well. Then when I tried to start it up it became so sluggish that it crashed on its own then said it had boot problems.Save your money and frustration and buy a different machine.

Im leaving 5 because it’s a good build for the price. I think the cpu struggles a bit and fans go full speed cuz of it. Truthfully I’m a bigger fan of liquid cooling ( less noise) but whatever. It uses about 100% of the cpu on a launch for a game which I’ve never had had happen on my previous build but then it stabilizes to normal about 20-30%. It runs games fine at 60 hz at almost maxed settings however 60 hz isn’t my go to so at 144 with medium to high setting on your casual fps runs well. I think the storage is great with 3 TB of space you should be able to manage several favorites. So the ram is 32gb great! BUT it’s 4 sticks of 8gb so you can’t add more. So if you want more which I believe they come off( not sure yet but probably right?) you gotta switch them all out. Design is nothing too special but the rgb makes up for it. The motherboard( not sure if I’m blind but I don’t think any prebuilt ever puts the name) is a z590-c/ac. Do your own research on it but it was ok for me. Comes with an hdmi and 3 displayports. The wifi port in the back comes with an antenna so better range( very cool). This thing weighs about 35 lbs so be careful iron deficiency people or you’ll shatter along with it. Everything else I believe is listed so make sure to check on all that info.

The PC itself runs great. I find it to run games at top quality given it's given specs. The price is nice, and not too much other to say about that. The annoyance comes when one of the USB ports at the top seem to not work. I've tried to fix it myself, but it seems nothing will work. It's too bad, it was an almost a perfect pc for it's price. I am forced to buy a USB hub due to the fact that I've used all my other usb ports.

This is a great buy for a gaming PC. I bought this for my son who is 9 and it has more than enough horsepower for all the games he likes to play and most AAA titles he'll get into over the next couple years. I love how ibuypower doesn't have a ton of bloatware on their PCs. It was packed securely, had easy to follow instructions, and looks great!

I ordered this computer for my son . When we received it the day before his spring break, the video card was not working. We called iBUYPOWER for tech support. We used the screen sharing on my iphone and determined that the video card needed replaced. I was advised by the tech, that the fastest way to replace the video card was to actually return the entire computer to Adoroma (3rd party seller) and order a new one. After talking to Adoroma, they said it would be a couple of months before they could replace it with a comparable model. So i went back to iBUYPOWER to see if they could help replace any faster. They said they could, but unfortunately could not price match it. I said it was ok to offer similar model, in comparable price/capabilities. They wouldn't even come close. They offered same model with less RAM and missing the second harddrive for the nearly the same price i bought the first one. Was told, there is zero flexibility in getting this made right. In hindsight, i should have ignored the tech's advice and just asked them to send new graphics card and i could have installed it (even though i was told this would take longer). CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR BOTH COMPANIES IS HORRIBLE. Refusing to honor what i had already paid for similar capability/price.
