The media could not be loaded. I have a KitchenAid 6 qt. professional 610 bowl lift which is at least 15 years old but still works great, kudos to KitchenAid. We recently moved, and had a little stand mixer with we gave away, and my dough hook and flat beater accidentally got put in that bowl and were given away. So I had to order a replacement. After reading all the reviews, I ordered this dough hook. The one that came with the KitchenAid, was a little better than base metal, this is heavy, well coated, and believe it or not fits better and clears the bowl better, then my original KitchenAid. It fit the attachment spindle perfectly, there was no rattling, looseness, I couldn't be happier, and I'm glad I made the investment. This one was a little more expensive than some of the other ones that were listed, but it is absolutely worth it if you bake a lot of bread and make heavy dough.

Conforme au produit d'origine, venant de chine, fonctionne bien mais pour moi qui fais du pain de 1,5 kg, dans le bol, ça coince lors du pétrissage.Ce qui est normal, mais je pensais comme vous que je saurais mieux pétrir ma pâte...Donc pas très performant pour des grandes quantités.Produit venant de chine, emballage carton explosé, mais heureusement dans une enveloppe plastique.

The painted coating on this chips off after time. Other than that it works as expected.
