Bariatric Choice High Protein Oatmeal, Apple Cinnamon (6 Servings/Box) / Instant Hot Oatmeal / Low Fat, Low Sugar Cereal

I followed the directions on the box and the oatmeal exploded in my microwave, making a sticky, very difficult to clean mess. I tried again at regular power, same result. I then tried half power and it still ran over the bowl and made a sticky mess. I called customer service, and I was issued a refund and apology. Avoid this item until the company corrects the instructions. Try the BariWise oatmeal instead.

It has to cook to long. If you follow directions, it will boil over. Stir every 20 - 30 seconds after the first minute. Watch carefully. Added cinnamon for better flavor. BariWise brand is better.

This is an affordable option to Ideal Protein that actually tastes great. Wish it were a little higher in protein, the way the Ideal Protein oatmeal is but with the money I save, I'll sacrifice a few grams of protein. Only thing to note is follow directions when preparing this to get the optimal result.

Taste is ok; however, it's not cooking right in the microwave. About 1.5 min into the heating process, the contents overflows in the bowl. I've tried stirring mixing the contents longer but it still bubbles over.I do not recommend purchasing this brand.

Not too good, paste like

I have not been able to make this in the microwave without significant boil-over no matter what container I used. Did not taste as good as other high protein oatmeals when I made it with boiling water.

Not even eatable. Tasted like a very artificial heavily scented candle. I was trying to find a less expensive alternative to Ideal Protein, this is not it.
