This is a must for overland campers and anyone that does remote camping. It's very simple to use and works great for moving water from lake, stream or anywhere to your camper, RV or campsite. It works great in combination with this bladder - AQUATANK2 Water Storage Bladder.They have great customer service also, had a fuse blow and called the manufacturer he responded within hours with an easy fix and offered to replace the part with the blown fuse ( just replaced the fuse and it worked great )or anything else I needed, it's rare these days to get good customer service.

I have only used it once, but it is SO COOL so far. No more picking up 6 gal jugs, I carry 4 of them. It work SO FAST, it took me longer to put the water in the jugs that to pump the water out. A little pricey But worth it, I am 67 so I need all the help I can get. I would buy it again.

I purchased this water pump about a year ago after contacting the manufacture's customer support link with questions about power requirements, inlet water filtereation recommendations, water transfer rates, etc. All of my questions were answered with patience and courtesy before making the purchase from a member of their support team.Fast forward to last week. I contacted the same customer support group and explained how I had inadvertently broken the on/off toggle switch and asked for cost and availability information for a replacement switch. I was willing to make the purchase in that the switch failure was a result of rough handling on my part and not a manufacturer defect. My request was answered by Jerry Krenning who asked for a shipping address to send the replacement switch. I received the part within a week without charge.I use the pump regularly for household irrigation water transfer purposes and on the occasion when I use it while camping in my RV. Very reliable pump. And great customer service!
