I so enjoy learning from the “pen” of Rabbi Eckstein & in this text also from Dr. Longman III. So often I find myself smiling while reading & learning more about our Amazing! Gracious! Loving! God! They bring God, the Bible & the land of Israel to life. Thank you, Gentlemen! May God continue to Bless you!

Read daily so will take all tear, Gives great insight into understanding Bible verses. Yecheil Eckstein does a great job.

I've never had a book quite like this , it's not only for this year but quite easily for more, It' really good to see how the Jews live and what they do at certain times of the year, I know very little about the holidays,So far it is making everything so clear, it is what I should know but don't.

My husband and I used this for a devotional this past year. It really connects our faith in God as a Christian with our roots in Jesus Jewish beginnings. Loved it!

A beautiful devotional. I have even more respect for Rabbi Eckstein and look forward to reading it each day. I'm going to go through it next year as well.

I had used this devotional for the year 2014 as a personal daily reading resource to great satisfaction. I purchased a second copy as a Christmas gift for my daughter-in-law who had shown interest. I recommend the book as a thoroughly absorbing commentary for anyone interested in studying the Jewish and Christian understandings of The Bible.

Bought this book as a present for my Mum, knew she would be interested. She thinks that it is wonderful, really made up with it and has been showing her friends and the family.

I was given this as a present and so far I can say that it has been quite inspirational to me. I would recommend this if you want different perspectives on scriptures

very useful daily reader. which I have been using for some time now.

The book is in good condition but it has been annotated profusely making it difficult to read.I am surprised it was sold in this condition.Will think twice before purchasing anything described “ in good condition” it is not.
