Great product however after three months, it began to leak
I purchased the 100' 304 Stainless Steel Garden Hose back in May 2019 and it worked great for three months. It was exactly what I was looking for. The only issue was that you had to be careful not to run it over with a heavy vehicle. No shocker there. It's metal so it can bend if you drive over it with a car or truck. We were VERY careful and always made sure the hose was rolled up after each use. Unfortunately, on a random afternoon, while I was using the hose to water some plants, it sprung a leak.No problem, things happen so I figured I would just contact the seller. The seller was very responsive and apologized for the issue. They asked if I could send a few photos to show the issue. I responded to the email with a detailed description of the issue along with the Photos included in this review on 8/15/2019. I sent another email on 8/29/2019 because I never heard back from them.Unfortunately, it's now 9/10/2019 and I still have not heard back from them so I'm working directly with Amazon to file a claim to return the item. These are all the details from my experience. Perhaps I just got a bad Garden Hose??? No idea. I just thought I would share my experience.

Brilliant affordable and functional design
My Dad taught me that a good hose is worth paying for. I'm 58, an though my hose education is a few decades behind me, it is still so true. A "good" hose used to only mean an EXPENSIVE one, and for some applications, this still holds true. -But whoever came up with the concept for the design for this type of hose is brilliant. It ALWAYS remains flexible. Yes, the diameter is smaller which does restrict the volume if you're looking for more gpm (gallons per minute) to feed a higher demand. But, for most applications, I believe this hose will be more than adequate (e.g., washing the car, hand watering plants, filling a bucket quickly, attached to a sprinkler)....most common household tasks will be accomplished with no real noticeable gpm restriction. It's never stiff, so it's easy to roll up and hang on my wall hook. It also doesn't catch and snag around the brick and rock edging along my planters. In time we'll see how the connections hold up, but so far so good!

HANDS DOWN-BEST HOSE EVER MADE
We are buying another one right now as gift. Hands down best hose idea ever made. We are older, so handling this is like being in "hose heaven"-seriously it goes out like feather weight as far around the whole yard, around everything. Truly never binds or kinks or has water flow issue, and lets face it every rubber hose promises "no kinks" but they ALL do. So tired of the disappointments in the many hoses we have bought over years. This one makes life easy in the yard. Even our daughter was watching and said boy I sure would love one of those. I know it is crazy to say you love a hose, but we do. We timed the roll up on our spin reel and it was 10 seconds to complete roll up from total out across yard.

For a 75' hose it's lightweight and serviceable
It's the same hose used for my shower and kitchen sink nozzles. It's a smaller circumference than a regular garden hose. And has slightly less pressure - you just have to turn the faucet open more. But it works, its lightweight ( I got the 75' one) and so far I am pretty happy with it. I saw another review that said theirs had gotten crushed. I can see that possibility - could be damaged more easily than a rubber hose. I had 2 retractable hoses but they ruptured within a couple months so I thought I'd give this a try. Was also attracted to the lead free material. I'm watering an organic vegetable garden - so many hoses contain toxic materials. Two complaints - 1) the couplings at both ends are shorter than most garden hoses so it doesn't screw all the way on to the faucet and leaks a little at that end. Not too bad but disappointing. 2) The spray nozzle that comes with it is a cheap plastic one. I have a better one anyway so no problem for me. Just don't expect anything great.I'd recommend it

Love love love this hose. You will also
Ok so as my name applies I am a German Shepherd Mama. German shepherds love to chase water and bite hoses. This hose has been German Shepherd tested and I am happy to tell you the results are in. Not one hole!!! I dont suggest you let your dog play with this hose but it is good to know they can not destroy it with one bite from out typical rubber hoses. I have been converted! I will never buy a rubber hose again. Best buy for me this year. Zues is leaving 5 stars also

Perfect product for car washing and gardening.
This 25 foot lengths hose is light weight, quite easy to use. At the first glance, I thought the hose diameter is smaller than my last one, but after use, i found the water flow is stronger. So it is good for my car washing. It is easy to detach and drain away water inside the hose, I like this point. For my old hose, always keeping lots water in the pipe. Since it is longer and heaver, I can not drain away water inside, and hard to fold and put back into storage bag.So it always watering and messing the storage room after i use the old one. I think that is the main point why i want to buy a new hose.I think it is made of aluminium. That's why it is light. My last one is made of rubber, which one is more heavier, and it kinks easily. The new one is sturdy, durable and kink-proof. I like it.

Love these light weight
Love these light weight, sturdy hoses. I hate hauling a hose around the yard so started buying the 'pocket hoses' with the cloth covering. Because I live in Arizona and have rocks for 'grass', the cloth hoses kept getting cut by the rocks or the cactus around the yard. These steel hoses are perfect. I have two of them and will probably buy a third.

Finally a non-kinking hose.
Rolls easily, moves easily and doesn't kink. I won't go back to the old kind. The outside doesn't feel hot but it's hot inside.

Flexible/lightweight/doesn’t leak
If you hand water with a wand this hose is a dream come true. Most garden hoses are too stiff. You’re always fighting the wand as the hose tries to curl in a different direction. No such problem with this hose. It always remains totally flexible and doesn’t kink. It is also very lightweight and easy to handle. The brass fittings are well made. I connected one end to a watering wand and the other to an ordinary garden hose. Not a drop leaked from the connections. It also comes with a nozzle but I haven’t tried that yet. My only concern is long term durability. That remains to be seen, but I expect it will last at least as long as one of those retractable x-hoses, which are the next best thing in terms of ease of use.

Thin skinned, and prone to unexpected outbursts.
If it's metal, it doesn't feel like it. It's so thin skinned, I could have hurt its feelings by making a dad joke. It exhibited an uncontrollable outburst after three weeks, due to a lack of personal integrity. The tube inside that is responsible for protecting against an unexpected distribution of water was apparently made of something less reliable than cellophane.

No doubt this will meet or exceed your expectations.
Exceeded expectations. Incredibly light and manoeuverable, so much so I doubted what was in the box when it arrived. Included a nice spout, nice fittings as well. Will definitely go this route again in the future, regret not getting a longer one but wouldn't hesitate now knowing what to expect.

Good product
I used it only twice so far. Feels well made, it feels better than rubber hoses. It's super light and easy to handle.
