My daughter got this for Christmas. The set up was a little bit of a pain, it was easy but with the thin cardboard things they kept falling and moving. I half debated on super gluing them down. My fiance ended up taking over and he put it together way easier than I was. A little confused why on the top floor they have grass and a pathway, and on the bottom floor the middle wall is a bedroom and the top room is a livingroom but I mean it's cute still. The material on the dolls clothes are very cheap and weird feeling, but I have a few small barbies she can play with that fit as well. So far my daughter hasn't broken anything so it's a good sign. All in all for the price the dollhouse is good quality, as for me as a parent I definitely would make sure everything in the next play set I buy will be plastic and not cardboard but for now this one is a cute first dollhouse

If I could give it no stars I would!! $40 for a piece of junk and broken parts,cheap dolls that dont sit or stand,same with unicorns and I had to tape floors and walls and roof down. This will last 5 minutes with any kid. They do give you extra parts and now I know why. Im so disgusted. I had to build it to find out it was just cardboard and plastic junk. Looks cute from afar ONLY. Will NEVER order from this company again!!! Im so disappointed and my granddaughter will be too. I have a picture of what the piece should look like with tabs and what I got. Mismatched size in furniture and the dog is bigger than all the unicorns. Dolls clothes arent even fabric and so much more but you get the point.UGH!

While this is funny and interactive you have to be careful the age group that you get it for because the parts are small, it is a little sturdy if you get what I’m saying. I bought it for my 2 year old and I think it would work best for kids 4/5 and older.

Worth every penny!!! My current 3 year olds go-to playtime activity. I’m always on the hunt for toys that promote education, imaginative play, learning and fun and this dollhouse is exactly that. The dollhouse set comes with so much cute accessories and furniture. My little one especially loves the unicorns and puppy that are included and the little bathtub to wash them in. There are 4 small dolls included that work great for smaller hands to manipulate. They are easily able to fold into sitting , standing position. Love how much detail went into this toy doll house for the price. The furniture is fun, cute and modern. Easy to use for a 3 year old. Pros: -great for 3 year olds - wonderful for development of skills such as fine motor, language and communication, teaching words and concepts, practical play, imagination - comes with so much accessories -great for smaller hands - beautiful and quality made - great for traveling as the dollhouse is made of card-stock panels and connected with plastic supports - provides hours if imaginative fun Note: - because the walls and floor are heavier card-stock paper material, there is a higher chance of the dollhouse getting damaged from play, water and travel. Comes with so much. Hours of imagination fun. Even though the house material is made with a paper stock like material, I still would purchase because of all the benefits the house comes with and provides at the price point.

Really wish I would have spent a bit more to get a better quality dollhouse. The walls and ceiling are made of very thin cardboard and it makes the house flimsy. The furniture is cheap plastic pieces and a few have broke after just 2 days of playing. My daughter isn’t rough with toys, however she is only 2.5. And you have to put it all together. I mean every single tiny piece. Easy to put together, but just another step. My daughter loves the dollhouse and will play with it for a long time. Maybe if we glue everything together it will hold a bit longer

This is very cute for my 3 yr old. Her first doll house she loves it. It was easy to build a lot of parts but easy enough to follow with video and instructions. Great for table top. Happy with purchase.

DO NOT BUY! It is cheap and very flimsy! Walls and floors are cardboard! They don’t stay together. We had to super glue them. Dolls are so cheap! Furniture is too small for dorky dolls! Took more than 3 hours to put together.

I am editing my post, the product is nice, but not sturdy, and not worth the money, but to work with the manufacturer, they stand for the customer. they were very nice when I reached out to them about it. Not too bad to put together, but it does not stay together very well. the cardboard walls come out, the roof wont stay down, we thought about taping it down. and I know the instructions say find a flat service to put it, well you know kids, they wont to move it, and it will definitely fall apart on you when you move. so I really don't think this was made for a 4 year old. maybe an older one that understands that it has to stay in one place. So needless to say, put it together Friday and by Sunday night, it was apart, so now i am looking for the pieces that came off so I can put back together, but I don't think this is something she will get much out of. thanks for you help with sending instructions, but I think I am going to have to find something else for her. it was not worth the $40 I paid for it. thanks

Hi, got this for Christmas. My daughter is very happy with it, it is quite big, and the pieces seem a little fragile while building it but now that it's built its pretty sturdy. It is a cheap item and it is alllmost reflected in the quality of the little dollhouse furniture, very lightweight little plastics. 8/10 I think its great dollhouse on a budget, it was also a lot of fun to build it and my daughter loves it.
