Great Espresso Puck Screens!
Yes these Espresso Puck Screens are a great value, they do the same job as others at a higher price, I really like that the numbers are printed on them and are very large so you don't get them confused, I recommend using the 1 mm one for darker Roast coffee and the 1.7 mm one for lighter roast coffee and they do help somewhat with channeling and they definitely will keep your group head clean and you'll end up with a dryer puck, now remember to adjust your coffee grounds dose accordingly to leave room for the filter and not damage it or the group head, anyway I definitely would buy again and definitely would recommend!

Best Coffee Lovers Gift in 2023: Ideas for Every Budget and Taste
I recently purchased these Jokmae espresso puck screens and am very pleased with how they perform. The two included pieces are of different thicknesses - 1.7mm and 1.0mm - but both have a 100 micron filtration fineness that aids in the even distribution of water and the extraction of coffee powder for a richer, smoother flavor. The screens are sintered without any adhesive and are made of solid 316L stainless steel metal mesh, making them strong, durable, and rust-resistant. They keep my brew head clean and prevent clogging caused by direct contact with coffee grounds. What I like best about this product is the inclusion of two screens of varying thicknesses. I can select one based on my preferred water flow pressure and the specific beans I'm using. The screens are also simple to clean, and any internal residue can be removed by rinsing them under running water.Overall, I am very pleased with the quality and performance of these Jokmae espresso puck screens. They are compatible with a variety of espresso machine portafilters and filter baskets and can be used in homes, businesses, hotels, coffee shops, and other settings. Simply measure the size you require before purchasing, as Jokmae offers a variety of sizes.

Not earth shattering, but might be helpful
Edit: After a few days working with these discs I think they are keepers. Cheap enough. But for whatever reason they do change the complexity and flavor a bit. I've been trying variations of grind weights with both disks. I'm going to stick with my 18g dose, stay with the same grind size. I think the 1.7 version does elongate the brew time. I will have to fine dial in my recipe using these. If I hadn't mentioned it, they do help keep the shower screen clean and help with a solid puck extraction when finished pulling. No regrets with this purchase. For value purposes, a similar "Normcore" single disc costs around $17 while only $10 for this 2 disc set. Will the more expensive ones do more to taste or function? IMO not a lot if any. You get choices with this set. JMOI got this 2 pc set mainly because I wanted to try what one of these imitation "flair discs" could do, mainly for taste. With 2 pcs at this price, why not?I first tried three shots in naked portafilter. The 1st without discs. The 2nd with the thinner one and the 3rd with the thicker one. I think the thicker one helped a bit.Was the taste different? A bit. Not earth shatteringly different, but perhaps a bit better. I've been grinding 18 grams of La Colombe Nizza for espresso and been ok. I did one shot with the thicker disc and 17g it was ok, but the mouth feel a bit weaker. Tomorrow I'll try 17.5g and see how that works out. I didn't have to change the settings on my grinder and the pulls ran between 24sec- 29sec.They're cheap and there are similar ones out there for a lot more money. If you just want to experiment, try these.

All you need for puck screens thicknesses right here!
I've been pulling espresso shots at home for 15 years and never used a puck screen. I recently decide to up my game in my espresso prep tools and came across these 1.0 and 1.7mm thick puck screens. I use a double and triple shot filter basket. For the double shot basket, I use the 1.7mm over 18gr or less of grounds, and it fits perfect. I use the 1mm on the triple basket over 21.5gr of grounds. These have added about 3 seconds to how long it takes to pull the shot. I haven't found that it changes any flavor in the espresso. The best part of having these, is not to have the grounds get up on the shower screen. This reduces the amount of cleaning needed on the machine's group head.I would recommend these to anyone that loves making a good espresso.

Bad fit
They seem like fine screens, but I couldn't get these to fit with the Breville 53.5 mm basket

I love puck screens
Helps improve extraction and decrease channeling. I personally prefer one of my other puck screens (150um x 1.7) over these two, but these two are excellent as well. I will never pull a shot without a puck screen again.
