I used these to help kickstart a diet and exercise regime and didn’t find that they helped at all. I used them exactly as the instructions state and didn’t find a difference in any way. I used them for a month and I stopped after I didn’t find a difference. I bought them based on the several good reviews I read but I remain unconvinced that they actually do what they say.

This product didn’t upset my stomach but I kept myself on a healthy diet and no change whatsoever.
