Biocare Mag 2:1 Cal 90 Veg Capsules

I liked that my magnesium supplement arrived the day after ordering, very good service especially at this time of year. The packaging was slightly battered but the container within totally unscathed. I order and consume Biocare Mag 2:1 Cal regularly, they are highly absorbable and help my muscles and bones, if taken before bed they have a calming effect and aid sleep.

I've used Biocare products for many years and have always found them to be of an excellent quality. One of the few supplement manufacturers products I can take without any problems. Trialling this product as I couldn't get my usual, Biocare Calcium Plus. All fine, very gentle on the stomach. Arrived very promptly, very pleased with my purchase.

I have taken this supplement for years and and will continue taking it to make up for mineral loss in later years. I recommend it happily,
