Rough, red jasper is fairly uniform and therefore economical to buy online through Amazon. Unlike other stones, it's not as necessary to be picky about every single one. Of the batch I received, I especially liked the occasional vein of white that added a unique element.

I bit disappointed in the stones. They are all pretty small so unable to use as a display as I had intended.
