For what they cost, they are great.

I am very happy with these frames. I have ordered many times for my little art projects. It is rather difficult to find product with real glass and real wood. The mat is thick enough to create the depth. The cutout of the mat was clean and precise met the measurement as described. I keep buying frames from this company over and over because I know they send me high quality frames.

Got these to create a gallery wall and am so impressed with the quality. Actual wood. smooth painting, and real glass. Would buy again if I decide to expand. Nothing arrived broken - each frame was in it's own cardboard, wrapped in bubble wrap plus edges wrapped.

I received my frame a couple of days ago and used it to frame a photo. The frame, made from a wood composite, is very sturdy. The mat is basic, but it does the job. The hanger is very well designed, making it easy to hang the picture on the wall. The design makes it easy to remove pictures, which means I can rotate prints, keeping my wall display fresh. I take a lot of bird photos, and this was exactly the sort of thing I was looking to purchase. I plan to order more of this size as well as some other sizes so that I can create a wall of photos. Will also be looking to see if they have any of these for desktop use, as I have a mantel that is begging for something new.I wish there was an option to get museum quality glass; the glass included with the frame will not protect from UV light. If you are worried about artwork fading, then be sure to hang it where it will not be in direct sunlight.And while I am making a wish list, I wish I could get a white mat with a black core - it would make the framed print feel a bit more polished. There is not enough room for a double mat which is why I would like the white mat/black core option.When ordering, please keep in mind that the actual overall size of the frame is 13x13; the frame itself is 1/2" wide leaving an opening that is 12x12. The actual size of the opening in the mat is 7.5x7.5, which is what you want for displaying an 8"x8" print - prints should be configured with the knowledge that 1/4" on each side will not be seen. This is standard, but I noticed from the comments that not everyone understands this.I am very happy with this frame and would recommend it to others.

Frame works great and easy to add picture. However, as previously reported the picture hanger on the back is upside down with the sawtooth pointing up instead of down.

I like this frame. It's made of real wood, glass & it's sturdy. The blue-gray color is very pretty. I like that it comes with a mat. I had two prints that I wanted to display in matching frames. One print was larger than the other so the mat worked perfect for the smaller print. The frame came in a set of two at a very good price. Very pleased with my purchase.

This frame is well made and true to its description. I was looking for an “inexpensive” but quality product (I.e., tempered glass, wood) and the packaging ensured it would arrive without damage. In sum, it’s a good value for the price and I ordered 4 more to go with my limited edition prints. If you are an artist looking to provide a finished appearance for your work, this frame is a good choice

I came to Amazon to find this frame because it is such a difficult size to find. I wanted to frame the picture from a calendar that changes every month. The calendar size of the picture is 12 X 12. You can buy this frame in 3 different colors. I bought black and it really looks nice, especially for the price! You'll be proud using your picture with this frame. It also gives you the option of using a white mount.
