I am new to yoga and ordered this to use at home. It is of a very good length; longer than I had thought, which I was pleased with. It was much firmer than I thought it would be, but I have found that it provides just the right amount of support. I am so happy with this mat, thank you.

This mat isn't any better then the really cheap ones you can buy for 10 bucks. I would strongly suggest either buying one of those or buying a higher quality one.

an ok matte at best. These other people raving about how great it is just makes no sense. It's a foam matte that once rolled, kind of holds that position when unrolled so you are constantly trying to reverse the roll so it lays somewhat flat. I don't know how you compare this to a "real" Yoga matte that is rubber and unrolls nicely to a flat position without any problem. Fairly comfortable once you get it flat.

This mat is nice and emails from seller with washing instructions are wonderful. This mat is a bit too soft/squishy compared to my previous stolen mat, but this mat works fairly well. It's almost similar to my 1/8"mat, but a little bit better.

Bought this yoga mat just under a year ago. It works wonderfully. My hands and feet don't slide, even in the middle of my full primary series in the studio. It's nicely weighted and has not yet begun to fall apart on me. I absolutely recommend it!

This mat keeps curling up even after I've rinsed it in the bath tub. When I stand on it, the sides also curl up. Not a good buy!

I cannot use the mat as it is cut across the bias and when I do yoga, it stretches, making it very difficult to do the exercises.
