Q: can it be used on fleece?

I don't think it will work on fleece. I use it on my throw rugs, couch which is a micro suede fabric and my frieze carpet. It doesn't work on knits, terry towels. It snags the fabric.

Q: With this tool being sharp, would it damage Polyester fabric?

The tool is not sharp to the touch. I works great on sheets, carpet and some fabrics. I don’t think it works well on polyester.

Q: Can you re-sharpen the copper head if it becomes dull?

It's not a copper head - it's velcro-like

Q: Can you use it on berber carpet?

No, it doesn’t work on Berber. It snags.
