Great tool for accessing the innards of your laptop, cell phone, remote control, etc. Without marring or scratching the finish. Worked well, but seemed just a little small for me to grasp comfortably. Still, however, made quick work of opening my laptop.

Works well for what it was designed for. Used them to pry open a Lenovo and a Dell laptop without damaging anything. I'm satisfied.

They do what I need to do to pry open the casings of electronic devices, but they are a tad slippery. That's a good trait for the edges that need to slip between the casing joints, but they could stand a more textured surface in the centers. I put some 40-grit sandpaper over a pencil eraser and roughed the centers just a bit to increase "grippyness".

I was skeptical that these wouldn't hold up but they do and they work great. Don't ask me how I used to open my laptops before but it usually involved a blowtorch and a half inch impact wrench followed by a visible trail of broken plastic and my own blood/tears. If you're on the fence go ahead and get this. I gave some to my close friends, I even give some to random strangers I meet on the street. Get them now before anyone else reads this review and it's too late, don't say I didn't warn you.

When pulling an adhesive screen off of a cell phone or tablet, these are indispensable. I've managed to remove several screens now and between these and a heat gun, I've manged not to break any of them. Having a number of them allows you to the place them and work around the screen, heating a little bit at a time. Two caveats: (1) the first pick used on a new screen will get marred. (2) Careful how hot you get these with the heat gun as they will melt and deform.

I used these to open up my co-workers laptop to replace the battery for her. I tried using some other tools to open it like a small flat head screwdriver but I couldn't get it open without a lot of force and risk of scratching it or causing worse damage. After I bought these I was able to pop it open with ease, replace the battery and close it all back up without any signs that I ever opened it. Definitely worth buying!
