This is an amazing machine, I still can't believe the number of training exercises that can be done with this; since I started my workout my body changed because I can exercise my whole body100% recommended

So pleased with this purchase. I had had the unit now for a year and half. It’s durable, sturdy and has so many options for various exercises. Definitely worth the investment!

I've turned wrenches for years so this was easy to assemble. Cordless tools help a lot. Build quality seems good. I have one issue. I'll admit it's my mistake for not noticing. The cable system is a two to one ratio. If you have 100 lb on it you're only going have 50 lb resistance. This makes me worry about how much it can take if you're really loading up an exercise. I cannot find any information on the max weight load per cable side. I messaged the seller and still have not got a reply. I will change the star rating once they get back with me. They do so aluminum pulleys on the website for around $180. I'm probably going to upgrade to those. They also sell rectangle plate weights that you change with a pin you can add to each side of the cable system for about $1,000 for both sides. Check their website out for accessories and upgrades. **Updated edit. I got a reply on the cable maximum weight. 300 lb per side. So if you're quite strong, and you're doing an exercise on just one side, you could run into issues. Unless I'm not understanding the math and ratio, 300 lb per side means 150 lb on what you would be moving. This won't be a problem for me so I'm going to update my score to five stars.

The SML07 arrived quick, it was well packed and damage free. All the parts where in each box. I watched the installation video as well as used the instructions that came with the equipment and putting it together was straight forward. It did take some time putting it together but I was able to put it together on my own. I went to the company's website and ordered the weight stacks and aluminum pullies upgrade. They were great at keeping me informed and updated the whole time. I even had an issue with a bearing on the smith bar after a few uses and they promptly sent a replacement after I contacted them. Could not be happier with how I was treated, and the equipment. I was nervous about buying a more cost effective model, but this is well made and so far they have stood behind there product. Highly recommend!!!!

My gym closed and I decided to opt for a home gym out of necessity and convenience. I looked at many models, but this one seemed to offer the most relevant exercises for my regimen. The smiths rack operates smoothly and without issue, and the cable units work pretty well too. There are a couple drawbacks though: Cons: - no top latch to secure smiths bar up and out of the way. I can put the bar all the way up and hold it there with the emergency stops, but I barely fit under and I’m only 5’8”, so anyone taller would be bumping their head. I feel if they had a way to lock it up a few inches more (the bar can still travel up a few inches, but can’t lock) that would be better. - no legs attachment. I believe o saw a quad extension attachment add-on in the images when I purchased it, only to find it was not available, which was disappointing as I found that a key need for my regimen. - no knee support for lat pull-downs. If you plan to lift 80% or more of your body weight, you’ll lift off the bench. I like the option of both heavy lat pull-downs as well as chin-ups. All in all, it’s a great unit for the cost and I can do maybe 80% of the weight training I did at the gym with this equipment as-is.

I love this machine works great super solid and well built and designed!

The product itself is pretty good but the product support has been pretty awful to the point to where idk if I would ever rebuy from this brand. Within a month, despite oiling them consistently, the bearings in the smith machine locked up and have caused huge divets in the bar that guides the smith machine causing a lot of resistance. I have contacted support and have been trying to get replacement parts and have even pointed out what parts I needed and sent pictures, yet I keep getting moved from department to department and it’s gotten quite frustrating.

5 stars for the money. So far so good assembly was straight forward I have better tools than are included to make it quicker so it was about 2.5 hours to assemble. Everything moves smoothly and as advertised. It’s solid and won’t move around or jiggle as you use its features that don’t include weight like the pull up or dip bars. Attachments seem solid. Will update if anything changes.
