ACCO Paper Clips, Jumbo, Smooth, Gold, 50 Clips/Box (72532)

It seems very odd to write a review of a paperclip, but truly, these are the best paper clips I've ever used. I prefer large sized paper clips over standard small clips, because they're easier to handle and generally are stronger. I also normally use plastic coated clips for better gripping, but I purchased these gold ones to match the decor on my desk, and I could not believe how much better they are overall than standard silvertone clips. These paperclips are super strong, thick, good-quality metal, and the color makes them look modern on your desk. I've only found a few that have become discolored over time, and I've purchased many packages of these. Highly recommend for functionality, quality and overall appearance.

While its nice to use these gold paper clips for important papers, they are now getting very expensive and don't come in discounted multi-packs.In general ACCO has better quality than other gold colored brands.

These clips are the gold standard for how All paperclips should be made! Sadly much of manufacturing currently, seems to strive to lower the quality standards, ensuring that items are not to be durable, but instead, to easily break (or are engineered so they must be replaced quickly). These ACCO brand clips are exceedingly sturdy and could easily be called "heavyweight". While a little more costly, they are the only brand that I have used for years. I have had it with flimsy, throw away items and seek out quality products, that are made in the USA (as these are).

Product looks exactly as pictured! I needed bigger paper clips to use for making cute decorative paper clips for planners and these worked perfectly! I haven’t had them long so I’m unsure if the “gold” coating will eventually fade or come off, but they all arrived in great condition in the original packaging. Great for the price since I couldn’t find this size in any nearby stores! Also, the paper clips are thick so I would expect that they could hold a good little stack of paper just fine! :)

Don't care for plastic clips for most things.Somehow, these add a special touch over the silverish clips.Glad I could find them here, our office supply store closed.

Love these, although they're a little pricey. Started using them for doing some charity and personal work in free time or after hours at the office, and wanted to make sure I wouldn't be using my employer's supplies for personal stuff. They've grown on me; good for personal and family archival items. Given enough years/use there'll be some loss of the plating, but on the whole they hold up OK. Also they grip well; they're relatively husky. Highly recommended if you want/need something distinctive.

I use these paperclips to organize notes/flag pages in my agenda and organize lengthy research papers for my University classes. The gold tone is a nice, elegant change from the typical silver. Also prefer this size to the smaller paperclips as they are able to hold larger stacks of paper.

These are great quality clips, good wire thickness.I have been using these to make planner clips and these function perfectly for what I need.
