Does the job better than any I have found
Does the job better than any I have found, but I do wish it was a little more cushion to it.

Best back cushion I've tried!
Since the photo of this cushion does not look as though it could be therapeutic and prevent back pain, I had my doubts, but it was the only one-piece cushion I could find. I'd already tried using separate back and seat cushions for back pain in my home office chair. What a surprise when this cushion arrived! It feels comfortable and prevents back pain from sitting at the computer. I highly recommend it if your back hurts from sitting in an office chair for long periods.

Not as described.
This does not fit an average kitchen chair as advertised. It is much larger. It does not have a nonskid bottom and one would have a difficult time staying upright in the chair. I got this for my mother-in-law who needs the padding for her back and bottom but returned it immediately.

Best to use your original furniture
Very thin. No support. Have no idea how to clean it. I purchased it for a husband with Parkinson's. As extra support for his lift chair. Do not purchase if you think it is thick and offers any support. Best to use your original furniture. Beware!

Back cushion
My mom uses this in her chair to keep herself from slipping and to make it more comfortable. We especially like how it covers the back as well as the seat and the way it firmly attaches to the chair.
