I would recommend using a sharp razer blade and some sandpaper for a nice professional look. I spent about 30 mins on a pair of shoes and they look amazing. Ensure you clean the soles completely to get a good bond. Highly recomend

I used these stick on soles to reinforce a favourite pair of lightweight trainers which I use for indoors. After 2 weeks I noticed that they were wearing quite quickly. I also noticed that for some reason our carpets were getting really dirty. Eventually I realised that the soft rubber soles are marking the carpet. I tested this last night by purposely scuffing my foot on a previously clean part of the carpet, and it left an instant mark.The rubber on these soles is too soft and will leave marks on floors and carpets.

I would give this zero stars if I could. I did everything correctly even though there was no instructions and after five minutes of being on the bottom of shoes they just fell off. I tried again even with shoe glue on another piece and they still fell off.They are so super thin. They’re pretty much useless anyway. The only one that did stick for more than five minutes walk through in less than a day. Absolute rubbish. Do not buy.
