Too Much Menthol
One of the worst toothpastes I have ever used. Very spicy due to the menthol, so it will be painful if you brush for more than one minute.

The best. Teeth feels like silk after. Plaque is something that you never experience use Oral B. Teeth becomes whiter and your breath is always fresh

Very surprised to find this toothpaste really does help with gum health. I know mine aren't in the greatest condition but I've seen a big improvement since using it. An electric toothbrush is the better choice for me, as you don't really taste the toothpaste; it's not the nicest flavour. No denying the quality of Oral -B products and to find a toothpaste that does what it says is worth every penny.
