Won't dissolve
I followed the instructions, poured about 6 ounces of room temperature water in a glass, opened the little packet, poured it in and instantly a big glop of goo in my glass. I stirred vigorously for about 2 minutes to get that photo. I wasn't going to drink that, so I poured it out. It all stuck to the bottom and sides and I had to scrub it out. I tried again, this time with the water already stirring, and slowly added the powder. This time, lots of little gummy bits of goo, that still all stuck to the bottom and sides once I stopped stirring. Third attempt, this time with cold water. No better, so down the drain again.

No taste
It doesn't have the typical weird hard tp swallow taste, on the contrary, put it in juice, or smothy and there is no taste to it all.

Terrible
It won’t dissolve in the water although after stirring it. It turns the water like soap water, get the slippery feeling. That makes me nauseous. Don’t buy again.

6g Fiber and 10 Billion CFU of FloraGG (Lactobacillus Rhamnosus GG) per sachet
This FiberGG probiotic and fiber supplement from LABO Nutrition arrived to me as shown on the listing here. The exterior box contains a lot of information about this FiberGG supplement, where it’s made, the company, etc. The box contains 30 sachets and with each serving being 1 sachet you get 30 servings per box. The ingredients are few and as follows:- FloraGG (Lactobacillus Rhamnosus GG) 10 Billion CFU- Sunfiber (Partially Hydrolyzed Guar Gum) 7gOne of the key things touted about this FiberGG supplement is that the probiotic features some type of 5-Layer Microencapsulation to help get the probiotics survive the stomach and get to where they are more useful. According to the box this particular probiotic strain is supposed to have good adhesion to the intestinal walls, as well. The Sunfiber is a water soluble fiber that is supposed to be very gentle on the gastrointestinal system. Each Sachet features directions on how to use the powder within the sachet. It reads to mix the contents of 1 sachet to 150ml-200ml of water or whatever beverage, Cold or room temperature. The first time I did this, I tried with 150ml of cold water in a shaker cup. This powder clumps easy and takes a lot of shaking to break up the clump. I tried another sachet mixed with my morning shake/smoothie, which I use a mini-blender to mix, and, yeah, this FiberGG mixes much easier that way. When I drank it only with water I can say that it was tasteless and odorless, which surprised me.Since taking this FiberGG supplement I haven’t noticed anything out of the ordinary. I also take everyday a Saccharomyces Boulardii product, it’s a yeast that survives stomach acid well, which does a lot for me, though it is more of a preventative, “Prebiotic/Probiotic”. I also take other probiotics daily and sometimes I change certain probiotics I take that accompany the Saccharomyces Boulardii. This FiberGG Probiotic and Fiber supplement from LABO Nutrition seems to work as well as some others I've taken in the past. No complaints other than it being a bit difficult to mix.

Good fiber + probiotics but powder hard to dissolve
This is basically a prebiotic + probiotic supplement in powder form. Each sachet contains 7g of partially hydrolyzed guar gum (prebiotic) and 10-billion CFU of Lactobacillus rhamnosus (probiotic) for gut health. That is 6g of dietary fiber. It has little to no flavor to it, and no odor neither. The only negative is that the powder is not easy to dissolve in water. The instructions say to dissolve in 150-200 ml of water (room temperature or cold). It turns into gooey clumps in room temperature water, which is hard to drink. Instead, I pour it very slowly into warm water while stirring. Most of it dissolves with a little bit of clumps at the bottom. I imagine it would work better in hot tea or coffee. This comes in a sealed retail box containing 30 sachets in it. This is a 30-day supply. Made in Singapore.Overall, this is just decent. On one hand, I like the gut health benefit of this prebiotic and probiotic powder. On the other hand, it is hard to get it to dissolve. It is more of a mixed bag for me. Good benefits but hard to use.

DESIGNED NOT TO DISSOLVE SO IT CAN GET TO YOUR GUT
Contrary to many reviews of this product, it is no designed to dissolve but to survive through the stomach acid and get to the intestine and the bowel. I don't care about it being "icky" or "lumpy" or whatever. I want it to do its job. Does everything have to be visually appealing and taste sweet for you to take it?

GOOD FOR THE DIGESTIVE TRACT....
I am a strong supporter of digestive health. I have tried and used a variety of supplements including prebiotics, probiotics (capsule & powder), digestive enzymes, and herbal remedies. Single ingredient probiotics have specific therapeutic applications. Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (LGG) is one of the most widely used probiotic strains. Various health effects are well documented including the prevention and treatment of gastro-intestinal infections, diarrhea, and stimulation of immune responses that can prevent certain allergic symptoms. All good, right? My experience with this probiotic was positive although the website description was confusing. "OVER 600X SURVIVAL RATE: A unique patented 5-layer microencapsulation technology embeds the ingredients in the core and surrounds them with robust acid-resistant, bile-resistant, antioxidant, nutrient-rich and colonization layers." I would understand a probiotic CAPSULE stating this but how can a powder that is dispersed in water achieve this "encapsulation"? (I think this is intended for another product from this line that is in capsule form). I mixed this in water and shook vigoroulsy, but no matter how hard I shook, was unable to dissolve the powder completely. The "guar gum" that is added as a prebiotic formed sticky balls that didn't dissolve. As far as flavor and effectiveness, the was no flavor and it offered a feeling of calm and a relaxed digestive tract. This product is is affordably priced, and if you can get past the lumpiness of the product, seems to assist my digestive tract in a positive way.
