I used this product for rust removal. Works great.

When stirred for a long time in my water phase, it never really did dissolve completely. Won’t use this again.

It’s a pure supplement used for detoxification.

So what I use it for is not what the sellers intended. EDTA breaks down biofilm and nasal infections create a lot of biofilm which is why they are so hard to clear. A pinch of EDTA in a nasal wash bottle with the salt (and part of the water as colloidal silver) and one day the thing is cleared out. I was a bit skeptical about the purity of this but it seems perfectly fine.
