I have used this to help clear my sinuses when the occasional bug gets me. It is easy to use, easy to take with you, has a nice taste, but most important, it is effective! I feel like it provides good value. Recommended!

I bought these by accident, but was desperate so I used them. I'm so glad I did! I have problems with cold medicine upsetting my stomach. This did not bother me at all.
