Zulu (The Alpha Elite Series)

very little sleep
I had to force myself to stop reading and go to bed. I had to force myself not to read it at lunchtime as I would be late back at work and get into trouble. I had to force myself to cook my husband his supper and eat myself before picking up where I left off. Where were the men like this when I was young? Thank you I loved reading every word. Now onto the next one.

Zane Silas
Another absolutely fantastic brilliant book by this author Sybil Bartel. She packs everything into each book and they draw you in, so you feel like your there along side them. It was hard to put the book down. I will now download the next one November. I would totally recommend it to everyone as I'm addicted to these books

exciting
High powered setting and high octane action all the way. I must admit Zulu is a bit of a rude SOB. No way I’d put up with him ! Thank goodness we’re not all the same. Alpha puts up with a lot at AES! Parisa is a lovely heroine, beautiful manners, impeccably behaved just with murderous contacts after her!

Love the Alpha Series
Great series, unfortunately Zulu has been my least favourite so far, but in general I love the series and will continue reading on to November.

Ok
I agree with all the other reviews. Long and repetitive. It only got interesting for me from 70% onwards. Dont know of I'll read anymore from this author.

All of Hers, All the Time
This entire book is intense and compelling. The action in this book is pretty much non-stop. It's hard hitting and there's always that underlying sense of danger and urgency at play. I was completely enthralled. Everything about Zane "Zulu" Silas is intense. It's his default setting. Whether it was the Teams or it's AES, he lives and breathes his job. He's happiest at the controls of an aircraft but make no mistake he's a Warrior through and through. Parisa Bahar has been pushed, pulled and tugged throughout her life, never having a say or any control of her destiny. Just when she's ready to take a stand her plans go sideways and she has to rely on Zulu. He becomes yet another person telling her what to do. To say they get off to a rocky contentious start would be putting it mildly. Here's the difference though. He cares enough to protect her even if he's a bit high handed about it. Parisa becomes his mission and occupies his every waking thought. Convincing her he's all in, all the time will be a hard fought battle but one he's determined to win. Lucky girl!

Non-stop action and adventure
Another wild ride. Sybil Bartel has done it again. One of my favorite authors I enjoy all her stories. This story did not disappoint. An action-packed adventure from the first page. It grabbed my attention and held on tight as the story unfolded layer by layer. The Alpha Elite team was at its best. Sexy alphas taking care of business and having each other's backs, interspersed with insight and emotion. I love the interaction of the team, and Ms. Bartel writes some of the best male POVs I have ever read. You feel like you are right there on the comms with them. Zulu is sexy, dominant, capable, and devoted to duty. First in the military and now for AES. Parisa is complex. A young widow with many secrets surrounded by dangerous men with agendas of their own. The story unfolds and you gain insight into what drives them both. The characters have depth, and the chemistry is palpable. The slow burn allows the relationship, emotions, and action to take center stage. It fits the book and Zulu (Zane) and Parisa perfectly. This story has it all. Zulu can be read as a stand-alone, but you're missing out if you don't read the other books in this phenomenal series.
