Best tasting pasta we've ever had. Sauce just clings to this stuff, and you can even eat it plain. So much flavor! Whole Foods stopped selling it, so we tried many other brands, but none even came close. All pasta versions of this brand cook faster than what you expect, so test very early in cooking process for doneness preference. Pleases me that our favorite pasta happens to be organically grown. That has to be better for the workers.As an aside, having traveled to the other side of the nearest town for years, just to get this and a few other things from Whole Foods, I have to say I think they may have made a mistake to stop stocking this brand. We spent a bunch of money in there at the same time, which no longer happens. The other things we just order shipped in now, like this pasta.

Great pasta. Cooks very quickly and tastes great. A little pricier than what you get in your local grocery store but if you want restaurant quality penne this is the way to go.

This is absolutely the best pasta that I have ever bought. I don't know why Whole Foods stopped selling it.

Night and day between this spaghetti pasta and all others. 5 stars.

Great Pasta

I don't eat much pasta, but when I do, I really like it to taste fresh and I like the thinner pasta, like capellini or angel hair. I bought this at Whole Foods just to try and it is so good that I'm buying in bulk here because the price is so good! The fact that it is organic and non-gmo are major contributing factors to my purchase. I really think you will definitely enjoy this pasta.
