Original - Locks well - Durable?
Match colors of the bike carrier.Don't know durability, since it's plastic. Never saw a plastic lock before.

Lock does not unlock
If you buy this try it out before putting it in your vehicle. I received it and the lock does not open with the key supplied even though the key number matches the lock number. Also beware that the lock is a cheap piece of plastic. I’m not confident that it provides any security at all.

Can Not Remove Key From Lock
Purchased the bike rack hitch equipment several years ago and needed to add a lock to my hitch. I discovered the hole in the buzz rack bike rack is not standard size. Hence you are committed to buying the bike rack hitch pin lock system from buzz rack. The problem is the buzz rack locking pin is cheap and I couldn't remove the key from the pin.Recommend finding another bike rack option. On another note, support is very quick via email and helpful, they may be able to resolve concerns if you encounter problems.

Can’t remove key when locked
Feels like a visual deterrent only. I can’t remove the key from the lock when closed. The seller I bought from has closed shop so I can’t return.
